Michelin ranked highest in OE tire customer satisfaction in three segments, while Goodyear took top honors in one segment, according to the latest J.D. Power and Associates OE customer satisfaction study.

Michelin placed tops in the luxury, passenger car and truck/utility segments, while Goodyear ranked highest in the performance sport segment.

Consumers judged OE brands on four factors: wearability, appearance, traction/handling, and ride, J.D. Power said, and the rankings were based on owners’ experiences with their tires after two years of ownership.
